Daddy's First Post

This my first post and I don't have that much to say other than we have a great baby. We have been very blessed to have such a wonderful little baby in our lives. She keeps us as happy as two tired parents can be, and even then she's amazing us every second of the day. We love her very much. Here are some more wonderful pictures.

4 mo check up & Giggles

Hi Everyone, 

Ella had her 4 month check up yesterday. She was a trooper with 3 shots! She is weighing in at 15lbs 1 oz and 23inches long. So she is a growing. She is 'talking' a bit now- in the car seat, on her way to sleep. We were treated to a 5am talking session Sat morning. She talked to her self for about 20 minutes then went back to sleep. Cutie Patootie...

Hello All.. Well Ella is a 1 week from 4 months old! It is entirely too crazy how fast time has flown by. She is growing so fast! She is really really into her hands and just started playing around with her feet. She has figured out how to "bounce" in her exer-saucer.   She is also laughing- a little tickling does the trick! She has also made a new friend. Aunt Stephie made her a very cute sock monkey who is debuted here on line! Very cute- we have named her Clara- she gets her fair share of play time, Ella likes to suck on her arms. Hope everyone is well, we are well and wishing spring would come faster. We did enjoy the nice weather this weekend in the 50's then snowed the next day! Yuck! But we were able to stroll around the block with Grammy B, it was great! We are really looking forward to Grammy S coming soon!!!! Still unsure of the date, but it can't come fast enough!

Hello All

Just a quick update. Ella is doing great. We had a recent bout with constipation which was not fun. She went 4 days!! Yikes. But finally we had a blow out Wednesday morning and the system seems to have been reset! That is the big excitement at our house. Ella is also rolling a lot- she loves to roll back and forth on her back to side on her play mat. Hands are still the favorite thing to suck on but she is now grabbing things like crazy- toys- moms hair! All going straight to mouth! We are having so much fun with her- hope we hear from you all soon! This weekend we are going to visit with Grammy Bornstein, Auntie Steph and Grandpa Bornstein- it will be fun for this little girl to make the rounds!! Love, Sheila, Jake & Ella Jane xo

Hello All, 

Well we can't believe it, our little girl is already 3 mo old! It is so crazy. She is doing so well. Enjoy the pictures below and our little video of her "talking". I love her little coos- as you can see she is way into her hands. Starting to be interested in grabbing things but hands are still number one in her book. Life is great, today had a moms day out with my girlfriend Abby it was awesome lunch out and massages. Felt great. Dad was on Mr. Mom duty and he did awesome- I am lucky to have such an awesome guy for a husband and father to Ella. He cared for her all day and made an awesome dinner to boot.
